Assist in homework completion and provide positive reinforcement. Monitor student progress and communicate with parents/guardians. Collaborate with school staff and contribute to a nurturing environment. Assist in developing life skills and encourage independence. Create a safe and inclusive space for learning and personal development. Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and excellent communication skills. Experience in mentoring or working with youth preferred.
