Role Description

If you’re a SEO Executive you will assist with:

Keyword research, SERP analysis, and competitor research to support SEO initiatives
On-page SEO tasks such as optimizing titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, and internal linking
Content optimization by working with content writers to align content with search intent and SEO best practices
SEO checks / technical audit including site speed, indexing status, broken links
Link-building strategies and managing outreach campaigns
Monitoring keyword rankings and basic SEO performance metrics using SEO tools
Staying updated on Google algorithm updates and SEO trends
Supporting the SEO team with ad-hoc tasks and project requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 1-2 years of experience or strong foundational knowledge in SEO
Strong understanding of SEO principles: on-page, off-page & technical SEO
Exposure to using ChatGPT or AI tools for SEO research, ideation, or content support
Understanding that AI outputs require review, editing, and validation
Willingness to learn proper AI usage as part of SEO workflows
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Ubersuggest, Google Search Console, or Google Analytics
Familiarity with WordPress CMS and SEO plugins
Basic understanding of HTML structure
Proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt
Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to support in both execution and optimization work
Uses data and insights (not guesswork) to improve SEO outcomes
Clear and effective communication with team members
