Upper Extremities Sales Associate- Northern Virginia - Washington DC

Stryker seeks an Upper Extremities Sales Associate to support sales representatives in Northern Virginia and Washington DC by learning the medical device industry, covering surgical cases, educating healthcare providers on product use, and driving business growth in the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Attend surgeries to ensure product availability and instruct surgeons on device use and functionality
• Educate physicians, nurses, and staff on proper Stryker product use, maintenance, and portfolio updates
• Support sales representatives on call patterns, case coverage, product marketing, inventory management, and customer conversion
• Identify sales opportunities and develop customer relationships through field calls and account outreach
• Market product offerings based on competitive differentiation and tailor messaging to customer needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate's degree with medical certification and 2+ years experience
• High school diploma with 4+ years professional experience, or 4+ years active military service
• Knowledge of medical device sales and Upper Extremities product line
• Ability to attend surgeries and provide in-field product support
• Compliance awareness and understanding of regulatory guidelines in medical device sales
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Compensation: $60,000–$80,000 base salary, plus commission and/or bonuses and benefits
