F-22 Program Integrator - Level 3

Job Overview The primary responsibility of this position is to serve as the Program Integrator and CAM for the F‑22 Sustainment program supporting Depot Operations, On Time Delivery, Diminishing Manufacturing Sources (DMS) projects and other Sustainment focused capabilities. Responsibilities Develop, define and manage the scope, schedule and budget for the work contained in the control accounts. Act as primary Earned Value point of contact for the Program Integration leaders by analyzing program data and metrics to determine control account performance. Assist the program manager in day‑to‑day program execution. Interface with other CAMs, finance teams, contract management and proposal generation teams to establish and monitor program budgets and performance. Work with finance teams to prepare and present detailed program financial data to senior leaders; update EACs, develop control account variance reports and comply with full criteria of the earned value system. Establish creative solutions to efficiently deliver to contract requirements; develop mechanisms for planning, developing, and executing assigned projects. Assist with the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Facilitate and participate in strategic program planning initiatives and events. Assist with establishing milestones and monitoring adherence to master plans and schedules, identifying program problems and obtaining solutions such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education. Experience with project management. Experience with EVMS performance tracking. Expertise in both PowerPoint and Excel. Collaboration with cross‑functional teams, including engineering, finance and supply chain to drive seamless project execution. Desired Skills Familiarity with DOD/DOW acquisition and proposal processes. Depot Operations experience. Sustainment experience. Prior Lockheed Martin CAM or similar experience. F‑22 program experience. DOD/DOW sustainment experience. DD250 & WAWF experience. Effective communication verbally and written with leadership and USG customers. Effective cross‑functional team‑building and coordination. Experience with production programs and schedule management. Experience with aircraft logistics and knowledge of USAF logistics and flying operations or equivalent.
