Grounds Maintenance Supervisor

Luckenbach Texas is looking for a dependable, hands‑on Maintenance Supervisor to help preserve and maintain one of Texas’ most iconic live music venues. This position plays a key role in keeping our historic property, entertainment spaces, grounds, and facilities safe, functional, and guest‑ready for concerts, events, and daily operations. Pay: From $25.00 per hour Position Summary The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day‑to‑day maintenance and upkeep of the Luckenbach Texas property, including venue facilities, public spaces, grounds, and operational equipment. This role supervises maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventative maintenance, and ensures the property is prepared for live events and guests year‑round. Responsibilities Supervise and assist with general maintenance and repair work throughout the property Ensure concert areas, bars, restrooms, backstage areas, and guest spaces remain clean, safe, and operational Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and venue management as needed Ordering supplies, tools, and items necessary for maintaining or repairing facilities Maintain maintenance schedules, work orders, and inventory of tools and supplies Support facility improvement projects and grounds maintenance Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies Train, supervise, and support the maintenance team members Qualifications Previous maintenance supervisory experience preferred Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, and general facility maintenance Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and live events Strong communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to lift 50+ lbs. and work indoors/outdoors in Texas weather conditions Experience in hospitality, entertainment, event venues, or music venues is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Unique opportunity to work at a legendary Texas music venue Fun, team‑oriented atmosphere Employee discounts and event perks Schedule Full‑time position with flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. #J-18808-Ljbffr
