La Vista, NE Warehouse Lead $720 - $800+/weekly 3rd Shift SUMMARY: This position requires knowledge of the production floor, CICS, JDA and warehouse management system. Brief Job Description Lead the production corrals to ensue product flow is maintained. Maintain legible and accurate records and logs. Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility. Monitor performance of associates within the work group. Open and/or close and secure the building as directed. Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected. Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates. Perform additional duties as assigned. Communicating effectively both with management and their team Performing other duties as assigned by Manager REQUIREMENTS High School diploma or general education degree (GED) Ability to understand any and all safety requirements and regulations (OSHA) Ability make decisions in an objective manner Organizational, people, and interviewing skills Conflict resolution skills Staff management; requires flexibility and understanding that all staff may be required to perform duties outside their normal area of expertise to meet the mission and goal of the warehouse (facility management i.e. maintenance, sanitations, etc.) Ability to respond to situations in a prompt and professional manner Energetic and highly motivated to succeed Performing other duties as assigned by Manager Adequate attendance at the assigned work facility Fluency in English The physical demands described here are a representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
