If you are driven by innovation and want to contribute to a company that values creativity and forward-thinking, VIVA Railings is your next career step.Essential Job FunctionsFinishing Tasks:Perform sanding, polishing, and cleaning tasks on railing components to prepare them for final assembly.Apply coatings, sealants, and other finishes according to strict company and client specifications.Quality Inspection:Inspect all finished products to ensure they meet or exceed VIVA Railings' high-quality standards and client expectations.Identify any issues with the finished products and collaborate with the manufacturing team to resolve them promptly.Equipment Operation:Operate a variety of finishing tools and equipment safely and proficiently.Maintain equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working order and stored properly after use.Safety and Cleanliness:Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations within the shop environment.Maintain a clean and orderly work area to promote a safe working environment.Record Keeping:Keep detailed records of materials used, work completed, and time spent on each task to aid in production tracking and efficiency.High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in a relevant field is a plus.Prior experience in a finishing role, preferably within a metalworking or railing production setting.Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing aesthetically superior work.Familiarity with safety practices and regulations in a manufacturing environment.Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.Strong communication and teamwork skills, essential for collaborative production processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr Viva-Railings-LLC
