Applicants must be proficient in phlebotomy and one year of experience (preferred). Familiarity with electronic medical records is a plus. Key Responsibilities: * Greet patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner. * Answer and manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately. * Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using EMR software. * Verify insurance eligibility, collect co-payments, and process patient payments. * Update and maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. * Manage front desk clerical tasks, including scanning, filing, and faxing * Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent (required). * Prior experience in a medical office or customer service role preferred. * Proficiency with computers * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
