Investment Manager, Student Housing - US Deals
One Verandah by Mapletree
Mapletree is seeking a Manager, Investment focused on student housing in Dallas. You will source, evaluate and execute real estate investments, including acquisitions and dispositions, with oversight from the investment team. The role requires 8+ years of experience in US real estate investments, strong financial modelling, and the ability to lead due diligence and deal negotiation in a fast-paced environment.
