About the Role:

Join Elite Home Care Solutions as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate care all over Maryland and we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Monitor and record vital signs and health status of clients.

Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

Administer prescribed medications and ensure compliance with care plans.

Assist with mobility and physical exercises to promote independence.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements:

Current CNA certification in the state of Maryland.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare setting preferred.(1year)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Ability to pass background checks.

Flexible schedule to meet client needs, including weekends and holidays.

Commitment to ongoing training and professional development.
