Hawthorne Center for Rehabilitation and Healing of Sarasota Sarasota, FL Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) We are seeking caring and dedicated LPNs to join our supportive, resident‑focused team. Be part of a facility committed to providing exceptional care and a positive work environment. Full‑time Overnight: 6 PM – 6:30 AM. Work 3 days, 12 hours, every other weekend. Health Insurance – through Blue Cross Blue Shield Paid Time Off & Holiday Pay 401(k) Retirement Plan Flexible Scheduling Direct Deposit Opportunities for Overtime Doctegrity – 24/7 telemedicine access for employees and families Wonderschool – Support for child care and early education options Panda Perks & Benefits – Financial wellness tools, employee discounts, and more Supportive Team Environment – everyone treated with respect, dignity, and compassion Job Responsibilities Admissions, discharge and transfers of residents Medication requisitions with pharmacy and physicians Medication administration Follow infection control, emergencies, and other center policies Collaborate with resident’s interdisciplinary team for best outcomes Identify and report all abnormal changes in residents’ condition to proper personnel per center policy Work under direct supervision per the state‑specific Nurse Practice Act, facility policies, and nursing judgment Deliver nursing care to patients/residents requiring long‑term or rehabilitative care Collect patient/resident data, make observations, and report pertinent information related to the care of the patient/resident Implement the patient/resident plan of care and evaluate the patient/resident response per state‑specific regulations Direct and supervise care given by other nursing personnel in selected situations per state‑specific regulations Maintain knowledge of documentation requirements Maintain knowledge of equipment set‑up, maintenance and use (monitors, infusion devices, drain devices, etc.) Maintain confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all patient/resident/personnel information Qualifications LPN licensed by the State or Multistate License CPR certification required Two years prior nursing experience preferred 5381 Desoto Rd, Sarasota, FL 34243 #J-18808-Ljbffr
