Analyst

Role Summary: Assists pharmacists in providing pharmacy services, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. Responsibilities include utilizing pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, verifying medication accuracy, and supporting clinical and inventory activities. Delivers exceptional customer service by greeting customers, resolving issues, and building strong relationships. Maintains accurate records, handles cash transactions, and supports pharmacy operations such as ordering, stocking, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. May assist in clinical services and outreach efforts to healthcare providers. Ensures adherence to safety, quality, and confidentiality standards. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens work, good math skills, inventory control knowledge PTCB certification or willingness to obtain Key Duties Assist in prescription processing, medication verification, and interaction checks Support customer service and relationship building Handle clerical tasks, inventory management, and clinical support Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and confidentiality policies #J-18808-Ljbffr
