Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This contract position supports a caseload of approximately 40 elementary-age students, focusing on onsite therapy and collaborative intervention. The school year schedule offers consistent weekday hours, allowing you to build meaningful connections with students and staff.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Valid South Carolina LLR Speech-Language Pathology license
• South Carolina Educator Certificate
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, especially with elementary populations
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to provide direct onsite services—remote options are not available

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality speech-language therapy to a diverse elementary caseload onsite at multiple school sites
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and district requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Engage with students and families to foster positive therapeutic relationships
