Compensation Includes

• Starting Pay Rate of $22/hour

Overview

Using a Power Industrial Truck, either electric or propane, this position is responsible for moving product from the production line to the warehouse or other areas of the plant as needed. This position is also responsible for the loading and unloading of trucks and for moving large rolls of paper and other supplies from storage areas to operators.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trailers with finished product to ship to customers
• Unload railcars
• Transfer product within the facility
• Store/stack finished product in racks
• Transfer rolls of paper from warehouse to production floor
• Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis & Critical Control (HACCP) programs to ensure the finish product is safe
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred CDL Certification
• 1-2 years of Forklift Experience
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Ability to work weekends and overtime
• Good communication skills
• Basic math skills
• Ability to successfully complete OSHA Certified Forklift Training &/or Refresher training
