Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for full-cycle recruiting for high-volume, fast-paced service positions across multiple regions. This role requires strong bilingual communication (Spanish/English), hands-on field recruiting, and the ability to build talent pipelines through community networking and local outreach. The Recruiter will utilize Paycom (ATS/HRIS) to manage candidates and ensure a smooth hiring process from sourcing through onboarding.

As needed, this position will also assist with general Human Resources administrative and operational tasks to support the department.

This is a 100% in-person role and includes frequent local and regional travel to support new account startups and expansion areas.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Talent Acquisition

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for hourly service positions
• Conduct high-volume hiring in a fast-paced environment
• Perform field recruiting through:
• • Job fairs
  • Community events
  • Networking with local organizations, schools, and workforce agencies
  • On-site recruiting at active accounts and new locations
• Post, manage, and track job openings through Paycom (ATS/HRIS)
• Screen candidates and conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Coordinate background checks, hiring documentation, and onboarding
• Maintain accurate and compliant hiring records in Paycom
• Partner with Operations and HR to forecast hiring needs
• Support expansion into new regions and markets
• Promote employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience

HR Support (As Needed)

• Support HR with documentation, personnel file management, and data entry
• Help coordinate training sessions and compliance documentation
• Assist with timekeeping
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department
