Job Summary Leads regional event strategy, Xfinity on Wheels, fleet management, sponsorship activation, and performance optimization for high-impact customer engagement programs. Job Description Core Responsibilities Plan and execute annual strategic events as well as sponsorships and customer engagement programs. Manage event budgets, vendor agreements, and sponsorships Guide field teams with playbooks, SOPs, and standards. Lead process improvements that enhance Customer Experience and Return On Investment. Provides detailed reports to the sales force on ranking. Performs daily clerical and statistical reporting for Product Sales team. Generates project estimates using in-house estimating tools and programs. Generates monthly, quarterly and annual reports relating to Product Sales team incremental sales performance and results. Captures and updates all required reporting materials to provide Product Sales management customized reports. Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Skills Customer Experience (CX), Event Management, Event Marketing, Experiential Marketing, Marketing, Sales Compensation Maryland Pay Range Maryland Pay Range: $69,594.88 - $104,392.33 This job can be performed in Maryland, and District of Columbia with a Pay Range of $69,594.88 - $114,334.45 Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience.
