Responsibilities include scheduling, staff training, inventory management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.Key Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage all daily clinical operations and administrative functions of a high volume and high functioning dental team as part of a federally qualified health center.Support the dentists and hygienists to practice at the top of their license.Responsible for supervising, leading and managing the dental assistants.Responsible for ensuring high levels of customer service are provided to all patients.Manage patient financial accounts, working closely with revenue cycle staffQualificationsEducationHigh School diploma/GED and 1 additional year of experience requiredOR a bachelor’s degreeWork ExperienceA minimum of 5 years of dental clinic experience required.3 years’ experience supervising staff and overseeing dental clinic operations, required.Other (licensure, certifications)EDDA certifiedXray certifiedCPR certifiedESSENTIAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSExtended periods of sitting required.Work is primarily office based.Some travel may be required.May need to lift up to 25 pounds in equipment and suppliesTotal Compensation PackageWe believe the investment we make in our employees is among the most important.
