Green Spoon Sales is looking for a positive, passionate, and detail-oriented Associate Key Account Manager based in Northern New Jersey. This is a hybrid position, requiring employees to utilize a home office.

The Associate Key Account Manager will support the Wakefern Key Account Manager in the day-to-day management and growth of the Wakefern business. This role will provide analytical, reporting, and administrative support while also taking an active role in supporting and developing business across Wakefern's independent buying groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Wakefern Key Account Manager with sales analysis, reporting, presentations, item and promotional tracking, and other day-to-day account needs.
• Analyze sales, distribution, promotional performance, and other key business metrics to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Assist with retailer submissions, new item setup, promotional planning, meeting preparation, follow-up, and ongoing account administration.
• Work directly with assigned Wakefern buying groups to build relationships, identify distribution and growth opportunities, support brand initiatives, and drive execution at the group level.
• Partner closely with the Wakefern Key Account Manager to ensure buying-group activity supports the broader Wakefern strategy and priorities.
• Track buying-group opportunities, placements, follow-ups, and results, providing regular visibility to the Wakefern Key Account Manager and internal teams.
• Develop a strong understanding of the Wakefern organization, including corporate programs, independent member groups, retailer priorities, and the overall competitive landscape.

Preferred Skillset:

• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis, dashboards).
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building capabilities.
• Experience working with syndicated data sources (SPINS, Circana, Nielsen, etc.).
• Experience working with 1WorldSync / Sydigo
• Ability to identify trends and convert data into compelling business insights.
• Understanding of shopper marketing, retail media, and brand activation programs.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects, deadlines, and data requests simultaneously.
