Job Description As an Assistant Project Manager, you will support the Project Manager in delivering high-quality multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The Successful Applicant For the Assistant Project Manager role, we are seeking: 2-5 years of construction experience, ideally with a general contractor Exposure to multifamily, mixed-use, or residential construction projects Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and eagerness to grow within a tight-knit team Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred What\'s on Offer Salary: $90,000 - $105,000 100% employer-paid health insurance (employee) Monthly phone stipend and wellness allowance Continuing education support Opportunity to work on unique, design-driven projects Clear growth path within a stable, people-focused organization Exposure to both city-based and scenic regional projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
