Job Description As a Bartender at Applebee's, you will be responsible for mixing and serving both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with Applebee's specifications. In addition to preparing drinks, you may also serve food and beverages directly to guests, ensuring each interaction reflects the Applebee's Service Promise. - Frequently lift and carry items up to 70 lbs.
- Stand for extended periods (up to an entire shift)
- Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull regularly for operations, stocking, and equipment use
- Use ladders occasionally
- Work in varying environments including hot kitchen areas and walkin coolers/freezers
- Communicate clearly with employees, guests, vendors, and leadership teams
