Are you a creative, organized marketer who can take an idea, manage the moving pieces, create the content, organize the data, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks? A growing multi-location company is hiring a Marketing & Brand Coordinator to support marketing campaigns, social media, HubSpot, email marketing, marketing collateral, reporting, and day-to-day execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational sides of marketing. What You’ll Do Create and update marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, presentations, and sales collateral Design content using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools Create, schedule, and support social media content across company platforms Help maintain marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and content plans Capture, organize, and manage photo and video content Support HubSpot lead generation and organization, including contacts, lists, forms, landing pages, emails, and basic reporting Assist with email marketing campaigns from setup through reporting Organize marketing files, templates, brand assets, and collateral Monitor and report on campaign activity, social engagement, lead flow, and marketing performance Respond to testimonials and reviews Keep projects moving by managing details, deadlines, and follow-up Identify ways to make marketing processes cleaner, faster, and more effective What We’re Looking For 2+ years of marketing, communications, social media, graphic design, internship, or related experience preferred Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Business, or related field preferred CRM experience, such as HubSpot or Salesforce, or willingness to learn Experience creating flyers, social graphics, presentations, or marketing collateral Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools Strong writing, proofreading, and communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and resourceful Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines Comfortable working with sales, leadership, and internal teams Photography, videography, video editing, or B2B marketing experience is a plus Why This Role This is a high-impact support role for someone who wants hands‑on experience in marketing execution, CRM, campaign performance, lead generation, and creative projects.
