We are hiring a compassionate, courteous, and efficient Advanced Practice Provider to serve a fast-paced clinical environment. This position offers competitive compensation, a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000, and a flexible schedule. Benefits Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000 15 shifts per month Top hourly rates with performance based increases Annual production incentive program Focused shifts: 3‑month set schedule, no on‑call, limited weekends Closed on Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Easter; early closure on Christmas Eve, New Year’s Eve, and 4th of July Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match up to 4% Flat‑rate fee for clinic visits for employees and direct family members Employee referral bonus program AI transcription for charting Primary Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries Manage episodic and chronic conditions with walk‑ins and same‑day appointments for patients ages 2 and up as sole advanced practice provider Perform minor office procedures: laceration repair, incision and drainage, orthopedic splinting and related treatments Perform physicals: sports, DOT, pre‑employment, and annual Evaluate patients for workers’ compensation injuries Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Physician Assistant Master’s degree in Physician Assistant and appropriate state license Knowledge of state and federal regulations (OSHA, HIPAA, blood borne pathogens, etc.) Detail‑oriented with confidence in medical best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Competent with PC applications, Microsoft Office, and EMR systems Experience with occupational health practices: DOT qualification, drug testing protocols, and physicals Respect for autonomy in decision‑making Team‑based approach to patient care ACLS/BLS certifications (will be provided if needed) Hourly Rate: $55.00–$84.00 per hour, may vary based on skill, experience, and location.
