**Job Title: HVAC Technician

**

**Hours: M-F 8am - 4:30pm

**

**Location: Phoenix, AZ 85008

**

**Duration: 01 Month (possible extension or conversion)

**

Overview of Work Environment/Client Nuances:

• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Client facing role

**Team Overview:

**

• some teamwork, but mostly independent

**Resource's typical working day

**:

• Complete daily work orders
• Changing filters
• Painting/patching
• Light plumbing
• General maintenance
• Light electrical

**Licenses/Certifications

**:

• Forklift and safety certifications would be a plus

**Must Have Skills:

**

• General maintenance skills
• Basic electric
• Basic plumbing
• Light carpentry

**Nice to have skills:

**

• Commercial door maintenance skills
• Specific past experience in either Electric or plumbing

**Soft Skills:

**

• Good customer service skills

**Years of Experience:

**

• 5 years + with commercial or residential multi-family experience

**Education

**

• H.S. diploma or GED, trade school preferred

**

**

**Software skills:

**

• Tablet experience
• Basic computer experience
• Outlook
