Minimum Requirements

Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active Michigan COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Ability to follow treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
