Staff Tax Accountant

Overview LHH is working with a growing CPA firm looking to add an experienced staff or senior accountant to their team. This role would be a great fit for somebody who enjoys public accounting, is looking for more broad scope across both tax and assurance while having a more balanced workload compared to larger firms. Position Staff or Senior Accountant Compensation Salary: $60-90K (for staff position); up to $110-130K (for experienced senior) PTO: 4 weeks(160 hours) PTO + 7 paid holidays + 2 volunteer days + 2 weeks (80 hours) of additional parental leave (on top of state/disability leave); 401k/retirement: 5% tiered match (Roth and Traditional available) MDV: Premiums 100% covered for employees (dependents not included). Approximately 60-hours during peak busy season weeks. Summer Fridays off based on team reaching collective goals.
