Enterprise Performance Digital Transformation Lead

Overview The Enterprise Performance Digital Transformation Lead plays a key role in partnering with Digital/Technology teams and key business leaders to propose tailored solutions that leverage technology to reduce manual work and create value in alignment with the business strategy. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Responsibilities Supports the development of the Enterprise Performance Digital team business unit vision as it aligns with the enterprise vision and objectives. Creates a strong partnership with business unit and other IT organizations; maintains strong vendor relationships with technologies and tools. Provides leadership to foster and promote the use of Artificial Intelligence and other technology solutions to eliminate waste, improve processes, reduce cost, and drive innovation. Drives consistent solutions that minimize complexity, effort and maintenance to drive value across different business segments. Monitors performance against budget and plan; provides regular updates to senior executives on complex initiatives. Qualifications BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 15 years experience in a related field, including minimum of 12 years planning experience and technical solution design for healthcare organizations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background. Experience with artificial intelligence, automation and digital solution design; or a combination related experience preferred. MBA preferred. Project Management certification and Six Sigma certification preferred. Experience in Management Consulting and/or working with and presenting to senior executives strongly preferred. Experience in a large health care payer organization preferred. Employment Requirements Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Specific requirements and expectations for time onsite will be discussed as part of the hiring process. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or a 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location. The health of our associates and communities is a top priority for Elevance Health.
