RN Supervisor Position for Home Care

The Senior Company

The Senior Company is seeking a Nurse to join our team as an RN Supervisor! We are a dual accredited, private home care company.

Salary Range:

Based on Experience

Positions Available:

FULL TIME - Field Supervisor & Education - Seeking 1
PART TIME - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)
PER DIEM - New Hire Education Only - Seeking Multiple (Hackensack & Springfield Locations)

Responsibilities for RN supervisor:

Develop care plans for each client and update care plans as needed
Conduct initial assessments and start of care admissions
Perform re-assessments and supervisory visits.
Able to supervisor and guide CHHA's through the care plan
Maintain all documents needed to be in compliance with CAHC standards
Must have great communication both written and verbally
Perform HHA Education 1-3 times per week for newly hired caregivers.

Requirements:

Valid and active RN License in the state of New Jersey
Valid Driver's License
Home care experience is preferred
Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
