Job Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and/or prepare income tax return compliance engagements.
• Provide tax planning services for firm clients.
• Prepare and review income tax returns for closely held private businesses and individuals.
• Work with C Corporations, S Corporations, Partnerships, and individual tax returns.
• Support compliance and planning activities related to corporate, partnership, trust, estate, and gift taxes.
• Assist with tax engagements involving not-for-profit entities and private foundations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of current Federal tax laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver tax and advisory services.

Qualifications and Certifications

• Minimum 8 years of public accounting experience preparing and reviewing income tax returns.
• Strong understanding of recent Federal tax laws for closely held private businesses and individuals.
• Experience with C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships.
• Experience with complex trusts and estates preferred but not required.
• Strong tax compliance and tax planning knowledge.
• Ability to supervise engagements and manage client relationships.
