What You'll Do
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll oversee all maintenance operations for the community while leading the onsite maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team
• Oversee apartment make-readies to ensure units are completed on schedule
• Assign and prioritize daily work orders
• Troubleshoot and perform HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance, carpentry, and general maintenance repairs
• Ensure completion of preventive maintenance programs
• Maintain the community's curb appeal and common areas
• Manage maintenance inventory and supplies
• Coordinate vendors and contractors
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and timely
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, EPA, Fair Housing, and company safety standards
• Participate in the rotating emergency on-call schedule
• Assist with capital improvement projects and property inspections
• Work closely with the Community Director to manage maintenance budgets and property performance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of multifamily apartment maintenance experience
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• EPA Universal Certification (required)
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, appliances, drywall, painting, and general carpentry
• Pool certification (or ability to obtain)
• Strong troubleshooting and organizational skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
