Tax Manager Opportunity

A stable and aggressive CPA firm in West Des Moines, Iowa, is ready to add the next Tax Manager to their team. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established firm that focuses on developing long-term client relationships vs. just completing the work. Performance Expectations for the Tax Manager:

  • Light prep of various tax returns
  • Review of various tax returns
  • Maintain client relationships
  • Train/ lead and develop staff
  • Tax planning & consulting

Experience/Qualifications for the Tax Manager:

  • CPA
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting
  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in public accounting
  • Strong preparation & review experience across multiple return types
  • Experienced in tax planning & consulting
  • Experience in client management
  • Experience leading and developing staff
  • Experience with CCH Axcess/ ProSystem Fx is preferred
