You will support clients by keeping communication clear, staying organised, and following through consistently. This role focuses on reliability, adaptability, discretion, and providing dependable service.

This position is well suited for someone who is comfortable working independently, managing their time effectively, and staying organised in a remote environment. You should feel confident communicating in English, be open to learning new systems, and able to adjust as priorities change.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings
• Organise and manage task details to support timelines and outcomes
• Coordinate with team members or partners when needed
• Maintain accurate records, track progress, and provide consistent service support

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Strong English communication and organisational skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
• Previous administrative, coordination, or customer support experience is a plus
• Must be based in an approved Latin American country
