ERP Project Manager

ERP Project Manager (Manufacturing Systems) Position Summary The ERP Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering ERP implementation projects within a manufacturing environment. This role will lead the deployment of Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) at a large-scale facility, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams and external implementation partners, while driving accountability, risk management, and overall project governance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and deliverables Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in alignment with stakeholders Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful delivery Stakeholder & Team Coordination Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and IT Facilitate regular project meetings, status updates, and executive reporting Ensure alignment and communication across all stakeholders Risk & Issue Management Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues Develop mitigation and contingency plans Escalate critical risks and decisions as needed Vendor & Partner Management Manage relationships with third‑party implementation partners Track partner deliverables and hold vendors accountable to timelines and quality standards Coordinate internal and external resources Governance & Reporting Establish project governance structures, including steering committees and escalation paths Provide regular status reporting to leadership, including progress, risks, and key decisions Ensure documentation of project activities and decisions Cutover & Go‑Live Coordination Develop and execute cutover and go‑live plans Coordinate readiness activities across business and IT teams Support stabilization efforts post go‑live Required Qualifications 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ERP implementations Experience managing projects in manufacturing environments Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and external vendors Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) implementations Experience in engineer‑to‑order (ETO) manufacturing environments PMP or equivalent project management certification Experience managing large‑scale, multi‑site ERP deployments Work Environment & Expectations Regular interaction with cross‑functional business teams and leadership Frequent coordination with external implementation partners Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Travel as required Medical, Dental, Life, 401k, Vacation Pay Competitive Salary with Annual Incentive Bonus eligibility This job is considered safety‑sensitive because impairment by drugs or alcohol may constitute a threat to health or safety, and/or a lapse of attention could result in injury, illness, or death.
