This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on machining experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll work with top‐of‐the‐line CNC machinery, raw materials, laminates, and other specialty materials to produce high‐quality cabinetry components that exceed expectations.**Who You Are**You’re a motivated **Sawyer** with a solid foundation in saw operation and CNC machining, looking to join a high-performing team where your skills are valued and your career can grow. You’re not just looking for another job—you want to be part of a company where craftsmanship, teamwork, and continuous improvement are part of the culture.**What You’ll Do*** Feed material into the saw to accurately cut custom cabinet components.* Clean and maintain your machine and work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and cutting quality.* Inspect for quality, identifying any defects or issues and determining appropriate corrective actions.* Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.* Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall quality and efficiency.* Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.## Qualifications**What You Bring*** Prior saw operation or CNC machining experience, ideally in cabinetry, wood products, or custom furniture, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.* Ability to recognize and address common cutting issues to ensure accurate and clean cuts.* Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.* Comfortable reading production schedules, job cards, and computer interfaces.* A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.* High school diploma or equivalent preferred**Why Bellmont**At Bellmont Cabinets, we don’t just build cabinets—we build careers.
