Parts Specialist

**Parts Specialist**Anaheim, CA**Pay Range: $25-32hr. DOE**Fulltime, M-F, 8-5pm**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES*** Order parts for field technicians by reading source documents, verifying order information for correctness, and entering data into specific software fields.* Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as parts order forms, quote sheets, work orders, time sheets, receipts, and truck stock inventory.* Locate and correct data entry errors or report them to the supervisor.* Maintain logs or activities and completed work, and store completed documents in appropriate locations.* Receive all truck freight shipments and label upon arrival if applicable for your specific location.* Daily check-in of UPS/FEDEX deliveries with communication to Regional Service Managers if applicable for your specific location.* Daily check the warranty board for any new parts that need to be returned for credit and apply for RMA.* Bi-weekly work with operations to ensure all warranty and non-used parts are returned to the vendor/MFG for credit.* Process and place on WILL CALL all local order pick-ups.* Follow safe work practices and accident prevention procedures.Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role regularly works in outside weather conditions. The employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts in high, precarious places and is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, ambient air, temperature extremes, fumes or airborne particles, traffic, toxic or caustic chemicals, risk of electrical shock, and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate, but occasionally high.
