We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated HR Maritime Intern to assist our team in preparing for an upcoming MLC Audit. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to support key HR processes while gaining visibility into HR operations in a dynamic, global industry.What You Will Do:Data Entry & Recordkeeping: Enter and maintain disciplinary warning records in the BOS system with accuracy and confidentiality.Audit Preparation: Support data collection and organizational tasks to ensure we are ready by August.General HR Administration: Assist with clerical duties including document filing, updating databases, and scheduling tasks.Exposure to Maritime HR: Work alongside seasoned HR professionals to understand maritime-specific HR practices and standards.What We Are Looking For:Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Interest in Human Resources and/or the maritime industry.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.Organized, reliable, and self-motivated.Must be currently enrolled in an HR Degreed Program progressing towards obtaining a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University.
