The Cat/Ct Scan Technologist Produces Computerized Tomographic Scanner Radiographs Of Specific Areas As Ordered By A Physician. These Cross-Sectional Images Provide Detailed Information About Soft Tissues, Blood Vessels, And Bones, Which Are Essential For Accurate Diagnostics. The Cat/Ct Scan Technologist Obtains Patient History, Explains Standard Procedures, And Addresses Patient Concerns. The Cat/Ct Technologist Also Performs A Variety Of Specialized Tasks Involved In The Performance Of Ct Scans.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• One (1) Year Of Experience As A Cat/Ct Technologist Preferred.
• Appropriate Valid State Licensure In Diagnostic Imaging
• A.R.R.T. (American Registry Of Radiologic Technologists) Certification, If Required By State Regulations Or Contract Specifications
• Current Cpr If Applicable
• Tb Questionnaire, Ppd Or Chest X-Ray If Applicable
• Must Meet All Federal, State And Local Requirements
• Must Be At Least 18 Years Of Age
