ICU Registered Nurse (RN)This position is for a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), offering day shifts with a focus on high-quality patient care within an acute care setting.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.Monitor patients' conditions and administer medications as prescribed.Utilize Epic systems for accurate record-keeping and patient management.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Educate patients and their families about healthcare management and treatment plans.QualificationsEducation and ExperienceGraduate of an accredited school of nursing: RequiredOne year of recent acute care RN experience: RequiredLicenses/CertificationsCurrent RN license in the state of practice: RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor: RequiredAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification from an approved vendor: Required within 6 months of hire or transferPreferred QualificationsExperience in stepdown units and/or emergency rooms.Work ScheduleThis position requires a commitment to a day shift, specifically from 07:00 to 19:30, for a total of 36 hours per week.LocationPosition available in City, State.Join our team of dedicated professionals and make a difference in the lives of critically ill patients!
