Regional Load Planner / Fleet Dispatcher
We are hiring a Regional Load Planner to manage daily operations for a fleet of trucks within a defined region.
This role is responsible for maximizing efficiency, minimizing empty miles, and ensuring continuous movement of trucks through strategic load planning.
Responsibilities:
Monitor real-time truck locations and ETAs
Assign loads based on:
Proximity
Delivery timing
Reload opportunities
This is NOT:
A basic dispatcher role
A “book a load and move on” job
This IS:
A fast-paced, decision-heavy role
Similar to air traffic control for trucks
