A confidential, nationally recognized plaintiff-side firm is seeking an experienced attorney to join its East Bay, CA office in Emeryville. This firm handles complex, high-impact litigation for seriously injured clients and has built a reputation for excellence, compassion, and results across the country.

This role is an excellent fit for attorneys coming from personal injury, catastrophic injury, products liability, toxic tort, mass tort, or similar plaintiff-side practices. Attorneys who are passionate about client advocacy and want to make a real difference are strongly encouraged to apply.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a caseload of plaintiff-side litigation matters, taking primary responsibility from client intake through case resolution.
• Build and maintain direct, ongoing relationships with clients who are facing serious health challenges — treating each client with compassion and professionalism.
• Draft pleadings, discovery requests and responses, motions, and other litigation documents to a high standard.
• Prepare for and conduct depositions, hearings, and trial-related proceedings.
• Partner with a seasoned litigation team to develop strategy, share insights, and achieve the best outcomes for clients.
• Stay current with filing deadlines, discovery timelines, and case management obligations across all matters.

What We Are Looking For:

• Active California Bar license in good standing (required).
• Demonstrated litigation experience, preferably on the plaintiff side.
• Excellent legal writing and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to balance a demanding caseload with care and precision.
• Experience in personal injury, toxic tort, products liability, mass tort, or a related field is a strong plus.
• Deposition and/or trial experience preferred.
