Recently named Best Restaurant Bar in North America, Jewel of the South is looking for someone to join our culinary team under the direction of Chris Dos Reis. A qualified candidate will possess no less than 2 years of experience in fine dining as well as the production of tasting menus. The ideal candidate will have also travelled extensively.

Menu is ever changing and always unique to the New Orleans culinary scene.

This position is a full time. Jewel of the South is open for dinner service Wednesday through Monday.
