Our dedicated team of professionals works tirelessly to introduce state-of-the-art technology solutions that drive efficiency, productivity, and safety in high-growth businesses THE POSITION As a Finance Manager supporting the Control Systems Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) Customer Business Team (CBT) – General Electric, Pratt Whitney, Rolls Royce, Safran, Hamilton Sundstrand and Goodrich within the Commercial OE Sales Channel. This position provides financial partnering /leadership to customer focused sales/operational teams. You will play a key role in managing financial performance and implementing key finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. This includes partnering with Honeywell Aerospace business leaders and driving key finance initiatives around pursuit pricing / contract terms negotiation, demand forecasting, working capital management, and customer claims accounting. Key Responsibilities Actively partner to formulate demand profile for short term, annual, and multi-year revenue forecasts Lead operating system for past due Accounts Receivable (A/R) resolution in partnership with cash collections team and business partners Pricing proposal/negotiation review, approval authority, contract review and associated support Financial leadership and partnering with customer facing business leadership teams – owning revenue and direct margin actuals, variance analysis, and target setting. Drive continuous standardization and process improvement. Prepare and present key customer financial and business performance during quarterly earnings release cycle providing insights to executive leadership and business team. Support annual and quarterly processes tied to development program EACs, customer consigned inventory verification, and earnings release. Understand monthly actual results and summarize variance commentary for executive consumption Ad hoc financial support for customer business team VP/GMs Act as COO of the business team YOU MUST HAVE 6+ plus year's experience in progressive Finance roles WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or other associated business major Direct Customer interaction, problem solving, negotiation SAP experience Leadership– ability to lead and influence diverse, cross-functional teams Experience with Honeywell Aerospace specific Finance tools (SAP, Essbase, Tableau, Snowflake) Experience working within a large, multinational corporationHighly proficient using technology to improve processes Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability Problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to take ownership of projects producing high quality results Challenges the status quo and proactively identifies opportunities for improvement Quickly adapts to changing circumstances #J-18808-Ljbffr
