Concierge Front Desk Specialist
SVIH Management
Svih Management is seeking a Front Desk Associate for the Santa Monica club location. The role supports Front Office operations, assists with reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and concierge-style services to ensure member satisfaction.
The position requires excellent guest service, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Training will cover club policies and SOPs, with collaboration across departments.
