Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future productions and seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain, inventory management; operates and sanitizes equipment; understands product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology for production decisions, ordering, receiving orders, training and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; reduces waste; provides member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; supports training and a respectful, team-oriented culture. Complies with company policies, procedures, and ethics; applies Open Door Policy in business processes. Completes work assignments by using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, coworkers, customers, and partners; communicates progress and adapts to change.
