What You’ll Do Set up, maintain, serve, and break down banquet events following brand standards, and local health standards Greet guests warmly, respond to requests, and ensure a positive experience Run food, serve plated meals, and assist with beverages, appetizers, and buffet setups Follow banquet event orders, “clean as you go” practices, and proper alcohol and cash handling procedures Communicate with supervisors, event organizers, and other team members Assist with post-event cleanup, inventory, and food storage Who You Are Guest-focused, friendly, and professional Flexible and reliable with varying schedules, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Physically able to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift 30+ lbs Safety-minded and able to follow processes and standards #J-18808-Ljbffr Double Tree by Hilton Fort Shelby - Detroit, Michigan
