Our mission, in partnership with the Department of Corrections (DOC), is to promote public safety by providing AICs with work and training opportunities in a self-sustaining organization.Description:Oregon Corrections Enterprises (OCE) is seeking a full-time Wax Production Supervisor located at Coffee Creek Correction Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the safe manufacture of company products which may represent a broad diversity of manufacturing processes. Responsible for satisfying all quality and productivity requirements in the most cost-effective manner by supervising multiple functions and shifts of the production team. This must be achieved while following and enforcing all safety, quality, 6s and process requirements. The supervisor will be directly involved with hiring, training, discipline, and performance reviews for adults in custody (AICs).
