At Bloom Children’s Developmental Services, we provide behavioral intervention services to children with developmental disabilities in the home and community setting. We celebrate the individuality of every child.

Now Hiring: Intervention Technicians & Intervention Specialists for after school hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention in home and community environments
- Implement child-led, evidence-informed intervention strategies
- Help children develop communication, life, and social skills
- Track and document progress using data collection methods
- Ensure a safe and supportive experience
- Collaborate regularly with families and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed
Qualifications:
Intervention Specialist:
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a human-services related field.
- Must have 1040 hours of supervised experience working with participants ages 3-21 years of age who demonstrate functional or behavioral needs.
- Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check.
- Must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certificate.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance.
