Now Hiring: Intervention Technicians & Intervention Specialists for after school hours.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver 1:1 behavioral intervention in home and community environments
• Implement child-led, evidence-informed intervention strategies
• Help children develop communication, life, and social skills
• Track and document progress using data collection methods
• Ensure a safe and supportive experience
• Collaborate regularly with families and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams as needed

Qualifications:

Intervention Specialist:

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in a human-services related field.
• Must have 1040 hours of supervised experience working with participants ages 3-21 years of age who demonstrate functional or behavioral needs.
• Must have the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Must hold or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certificate.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and vehicle with proof of insurance.
