ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Prepare and set up the spa locker rooms each morning to ensure they are clean, organized, and fully stocked for the day.
• Greet members and guests upon arrival, assist with check-in, and provide tours, directions, and information regarding their visit.
• Restock robes, amenities, showers, and linens throughout the day as needed.
• Maintain the spa lounge area, ensuring it remains clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities.
• Assist members and guests with café orders as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the spa throughout the day.
• Assist with product inventory, including monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as needed.
• Assist with the distribution and collection of laundry throughout the spa and fitness center.
• Interact with members and guests in a professional, efficient, friendly, and courteous manner at all times.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members and leadership to support a positive and welcoming environment.
• Maintain the highest standards of personal hygiene and appearance. Uniforms must be clean, pressed, and worn in accordance with spa standards.
• Maintain current knowledge of spa treatments, services, pricing, and protocols in order to effectively assist members and guests.
• Promote and sell spa retail products by providing knowledgeable and personalized recommendations to members and guests.
• Attend spa and company trainings, meetings, and other required programs as needed.
• Communicate member and guest feedback, requests, and concerns to the Spa Manager as appropriate.

EDUCATION:

High School diploma, GED certificate, or relevant work experience.

APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS:

Weekdays, weekends, and Holidays, schedule flexible as business dictates.

Soliciting gratuities from members or guests is strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment. Gratuities include items such as cash, favors, gifts, tickets to events and other forms of non-financial compensation.

Must possess a valid Texas Driver's License and meet the driver safety policy requirements. Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Our property sits on 767 acres and features many indoor and outdoor facilities that make up the work environment. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand and move around for the entirety or majority of their shift. The employee may be working outside or inside and in different types of weather including excessive heat, cold temperatures, rain and sunshine. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is also regularly required to push, pull, bend, lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
