Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct initial intake assessments including biopsychosocial evaluations and determine medical necessity, while developing and implementing comprehensive initial treatment plans tailored to individual client needs. \n
- Maintain timely and ongoing documentation covering treatment plans, clinical progress notes, and re-assessments as outlined by organizational policies to ensure compliance and continuity of care. \n
- Provide individualized counseling services using a variety of therapeutic modalities to facilitate client growth, addressing both immediate concerns and long-term goals. \n
- Ensure confidentiality by maintaining accurate medical records in accordance with HIPAA regulations while fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. \n
- Coordinate with families and professional networks, facilitating referrals and resources to ensure holistic support for each client. \n
- Actively participate in team meetings, clinical supervision sessions, and training opportunities, striving for continual professional development. \n
- Stay engaged with community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness and actively participate in efforts that aim to destigmatize mental health challenges. \n
In your role, you will work with a diverse range of outpatient clients including adults, adolescents, couples, and families from various backgrounds and cultures. Understanding their unique perspectives and needs, you will ensure culturally competent care that resonates with their individual experiences. You will be instrumental in helping clients navigate challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s degree in a behavioral health science from an accredited college or university is required. \n
- Must either reside in Oregon or be willing to relocate to the state. \n
- Experience in conducting biopsychosocial assessments and developing treatment plans is essential. \n
- Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating the ability to clearly articulate ideas and engage effectively with clients. \n
- Exhibit professionalism by setting and maintaining appropriate boundaries while adhering to ethical standards in practice. \n
- Demonstrate organizational skills and reliability in meeting documentation deadlines. \n
- Ability to manage a client caseload under the guidance of the Clinic Director. \n
- Experience working with a diverse client base, showing compassion and understanding. \n

- Previous clinical experience in outpatient settings is preferred. \n
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and case management documentation. \n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our extensive benefits package includes:
