Make a meaningful impact working with K-12 students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC or CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract position offers a supportive environment focused on student growth and collaboration among passionate professionals. You’ll enjoy full-time hours with a standard Monday through Friday schedule, shifting to a four-day workweek (Monday–Thursday) during February—giving you extended weekends to rest and recharge.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Oklahoma SLP License (CCC or CFY) or Oklahoma SLPA License required
• Experience in school-based settings or with elementary-aged students preferred
• Knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and ability to collaborate with educators and families
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Enthusiasm for supporting speech and language development across diverse K-12 populations

Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services for a K-12 caseload
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Monitor student progress and maintain thorough, compliant documentation
• Collaborate closely with teachers, family members, and other specialists
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
