Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the individual or family needs.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapy sessions via telehealth platforms, ensuring sessions are engaging and effective.

• Utilize evidence-based techniques and therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma.

• Facilitate family therapy sessions to improve communication and relationships among family members.

• Document client progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers within the Community Health Clinic to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals, couples, and families facing mental health challenges in Philadelphia. You will be equipped to address a wide range of issues, including but not limited to marital conflicts, family dynamics, substance abuse, and personal crises. Our clients come from varied backgrounds, which will require cultural competency and a commitment to understanding their unique perspectives and experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active LMFT or LCSW licensure in Pennsylvania.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with diverse client populations.

• Experience with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
